Lore of Tori

Somewhere off the coast of nome in the bering sea

Hi, I’m Tori

Call me Tori, Double T, TT, but never Vicky. Whatever your call me I hope you could also call me your photographer. On the other hand, I am much more than a photographer, I’m dedicated wilderness explorer and I’d like to help you cross the street. Not really, but I’m very enthusiastic about creating memorable elopements in by far the most beautiful state.

In my 29 years I’d like to think I know Alaska like the back of my hand.

*holds up right hand sticks out pointer finger and thumb*

I’ve hiked trails, sailed seas, and flown all over the great state of Alaska and I can say with my chest every adventure is never the same. This all comes down to the people your with, weather, the gear and attitude you bring to the trailhead.

I can guarantee I’ll meet you there with snacks and a smile, ready to weather the day.

Born and raised in Alaska, I’ve yet to be satisfied with how much of my state that I have explored. Please invite me to southwest or southeast Alaska!

I am one of three siblings. Can you guess if I’m older, middle or youngest?

I graduated from UAA with my associates, I would love to go back and get my bachelors in Environmental Science. Having been a land surveyor was my favorite job.

I’ve hiked the Grand Canyon with my mom. Greatest experience and would definingly do it again.

I met my husband “country dancing”, funny way to spell tinder. shhh… We’ve been together for 6 years, married for 2.

I also love to country dance, I will cut up a dance floor.

I spend a lot of time outside, hiking, boating, picking berries, snowboarding, fishing, or getting my fill of vitamin D.

I have two fur babies and one human baby. River(10), Trip(5) and Ellis Mae(1)

I have the best girlfriends!

I have a thoughtful approach to your day, I believe little details make a big difference, kindness goes a long way, embracing the unkown, and to be a voice of reassurance no matter where the trail may lead.
